i have a gross cold. it is nasty.
but in other news things are A OK.
EVERYONE. yes i do mean EVERYONE. even you over there. should go see Hitchhikers. it sooo totally banging. i went to go see it with rhiannon and alice last night and we can all vouch for each other when i say that we were sitting there with our mouths wiiiide open in awe. im thinking back to it now and its making me laugh out loud. SEE IT! SEE IT NOW! seen it already? SEE IT AGAIN!
anyway yes. felt good to be back in civilisation again last night. i have been housebound by my sneezes and the exams. dun dun daaaaa.
and we can go to sheffield on sunday! oh yes!
AND it just gets better and better....i have been asked if i want to work at the metro club in the summer. that's right. i didnt approach them. they asked me! woooo! i even asked my mother what she thought seeing as it will technically be illegal what with age and all that malarky and she said. "lie! just keep on lying! if they find out all they can do is not offer you the job or fire you". it wouldnt be at the bar or anything. they want me to be in the office, booking people. wooooo.
AND i think ive finally got work experience done. i just have to pick where i go now. there is universal/island records? a smaller pr company that "specialises in indie and underground music"? the pr company one that is in charge of virgin? the one that has the kills on their label? what to do what to do?!
i think im going to go for the first two...possibly...maybe...
AND i got my care package yesterday whilst i was lying in my death bed (before i felt well enough to go out that is). glitter jelly pens. haribo. badges. badger balm AND a stuffed monkey. get iiiin!
