(no subject)
This weekend is going to be awesome! I've managed to change shifts at work so I finish after lunch tomorrow and don't work again till Tuesday!
Tomorrow my uncle Howard is coming to visit, and as I have threatened him, I am taking him out clubbing. Its going to be a riot, oh yes it is.
Have no plans over saturday or Sunday but it would be nice to go out for a drink with anyone thats around. Or shopping! Finally its getting warmer in this country, I can hang up my coat and buy summery clothes. This is good!
On Monday, Lexie and I are organising a trip to the beach because apparently its meant to be wonderfully hot. Anyone is free to come along and join us, there will be food in the form of a braai (or BBQ for you English) and hopefully surfing to be done, although I need to track down a surf board first.
Okay, and a question for you all. Do you know of any clubs that have a slot for a DJ? Or where it might be worth trying? I've not saying I'm amazing, but I used to have a permanent slot at one of the alt clubs in Cape Town, aswell as on the local radio. I'd like to do it again, besides, the money is good. =)
