What's On My iPod Friday
I won an iPod Shuffle (the old one, not the new absudly tiny version) at this years ASECS. It was through a raffle hosted by Gale (the provider of some of my favorite databases). The Shuffle is quickly becoming part of my larger Mac-conversion. I'm still getting used to the earbuds, but I'm really loving carrying around audiobooks (usually from Libravox), podcasts, and songs. The iPod and LastFM are two of the reasons I think I've bought more CDs than usual (ie, two in a month instead of one every year or so).
One of the purchases from this recent shopping spree was Feminist Sweepstakes by Le Tigre, which showed up on my LastFM playlists. The whole album is on the Shuffle, but the song that is being played repeatedly is "Much Finer."
Unfortunately, there's no video available, and I don't feel like copying out the lyrics from the liner notes. Fortunately, though, if you click on "Much Finer" here or above, you'll go to LastFM's page where you can listen to it, and the lyrics are online for me to cut and paste after the jump.
