I DID IT!! I got a dog!
His name is Buster, hes a 2 year old Pekinese. Got him at the pound today.... and I really lucked out. He was the only small dog there and he is so good, well, so far. He's very calm, well tempered. He likes his walks and does not like baths. I'm a little upset because they told me he had his flea treatment today and he has them all over, even after using flea shampoo and everything. I jsut keep picking them off of him. I feel bad because he's so miserable scratching and biting.
I can't cut his nails, he's too squirmy to let me, at least while he is awake.
Doing a doggie makeover is hard work.
He needs to put on some weight too...hes a little too skinny.
