Happy New Year
It's been awhile but not much has happened. Christmas was good, I got some good stuff. I got a backpacking backpack from my parents for London, that way I can just take a suitcase and that and I can use the backpack if I travel on the weekends. Which I do plan on doing, I know I want to go to Ireland, and Amsterdam, and Switzerland, and it would be so awesome if I could make it to Italy, I don't care where in Italy I just want to go. Prague would also be a very cool weekend trip.
Not much has happened between Christmas and now. My cousin Sarah came and spent the nite last friday and her Heidi and I went down to Grosse Point Shores to look at Christmas lights and there is one house where they have 3 ten foot angels on the roof and then in the yard every tree is covered in lights, two trees are covered in red lights, and those trees are huge. Saturday my mom had her usual lunch party thing and then I babysat for Katie and Kevin. Also Saturday morning Mary left for California to visit a friend and to attend the Rose Bowl. She called yesterday and told us that she her tickets are on the 50 yard line, 9th row!! How awesome is that, even though I am not a Michigan fan, thats really cool. After that I went over Stefs house and we watched some Saved by the Bell episodes, because she got the first and second season for christmas, so jealous! Sunday my Mom Dad and I went over to my Uncle Franks house for an open house, saw some family that I hadn't seen since last summer or so. Went and saw Mona Lisa Smile after that with Stef, Danielle and some poeple Stef worked with over the summer.
On Monday my parents left to go to Mackinac Island for the week. They took my brother and one of his friends. Its just me and Molly at home! They aren't coming back till Saturday, I love being home alone! Tonite I am having a dinner party of Macaroni and Cheese in the dining room!!! Heidi and Stef are coming over and I think a couple of Mollys friends might too. Tomorrow nite is taco nite at Alisas!! I also have to pick up Mary from the airport at 1am Saturday morning.
Last nite was fun, Stef, Heidi, Molly and I went out to dinner and then we came back here and hung out, watched some more saved by the bell, and then we went downtown Mt. Clemens for the fireworks, they were very good. We came back here after and did nothing, went to bed around 3. Thats about it.
16 days till I leave for London!!! :)
