here's our alibi
Sooo....procrastination is in effect. You'd think that I'd learn by now but I just keep doing it. It's my adrenaline rush. Pssh.
About Joey. It's been four months since he sent me the Christmas card...and I haven't sent him anything back even though I've made so many promises to. I told him that I would write him a page a day his letter isn't sent. That should be about 120 pages now. Yeaaah. God knows that I don't have enough time to sleep let alone write a page a day.
I'm thinking of sending him a care package but what to include? I'm too uncreative to make something and besides, that takes time - something that I don't have. I suppose I could buy him stuff but I don't want to spend my money. [I'm a total Asian cheapo.] Little inexpensive stuff adds up to a lot though. And overseas postage takes a huge chunk out of my measly savings. But, GOD. I want to give him something nice so badly.
Here's what I'm thinking of so far:
- Mix CDs
- Candy
- Ugly Doll (or make one?)
- Zine
- Keychain
- Polaroids
- Pins
- Magnetic poetry
- Magnets
And that's it. Very uncool. If he were a girl it would be a different story. Girls are easier to shop for; they like cute stuff and there's a lot of cute stuff in existence. Guys like...whatever.
Well, I don't really know him that well so anything would be nice I suppose. I think he'd appreciate anything I send him. He's so Euro like that.
