i am in the worst pain ive ever been in in my entire life... i think i have an infection in my jaw from my bad tooth i cant afford to get fixed... and nothing works for the pain... not hand fulls of ibuprofen not ibuprofen with hydrocodone... some one give me some real pain killers like loritab or codine or ill kill every one....

p.s.
i havent slept in days because i cant because it hurts so bad... a murder spree is quite possible at this point...
