Sorry for never updating anymore. Let's see. The semester has started off pretty good. Two medieval (I can finally spell it!) art classes, ceramics, yoga and interning in the education department at the Carlos. And working in the preservation dept. at the library, as a security guard at the Carlos and going through docent training at the Carlos.
I've really been thinking a lot about next year and what it will bring, and I've decided I should at least take the stupid GRE so as not to rule out the option of grad school. The problem, for me, is that there are very few grad schools that offer what I want, and the ones that do are very competitive. Like Harvard. And Columbia. And George Washington. Even the program at UT sounds tough to get into. The good thing, I guess, is that if I can get into one of these school's museum education/art education/museum studies/whatever they call it programs, then I should be pretty set for the future. This is why I am practically living at the Carlos this year, so I can make connections and have plenty of museum-related things to put on an application.
All is well in the apartment with Danielle, Leuwam and Madison. I am way excited to have good roommates. Everyone else seems to be enjoying their living situations as well, which is good. I hung out with Renee and Melinda in their apartment on Friday night and had lots of fun talking and helping them dress up all skanky-like. The pictures are on my yahoo photo album.
Ok bedtime. Goodnight all!
