I have to fly back to snow country tomorrow, but it's been a great break, and today is sunny and beautiful which means I'll be spending almost the entire day at either Wilson or Gulley Park (or probably a little of each), and I have a significant portion of tomorrow to enjoy the South and soak up more sun before flying back. Yay! Last night, Jenny and I went to the Electric Cowboy, and actually had a lot of fun! There were a few fairly sketchy guys hitting on us, but Jenny and I know how to handle ourselves and we set a "no dancing with men clearly older than 28" rule, so most of the offers we didn't even need to consider... what's with super old guys hitting on young women anyway? Do they actually expect anything to come of that? There was one guy who was AT LEAST in his mid-60s that kept flirting with us and pretty much every other girl there under the age of 30... that's just wrong. I definitely had fun being a Southern girl for the night though and line dancing and rocking out to country songs, as well as dancing to hip hop songs that I haven't heard since camp (and constantly needing to remind myself when they came on that I didn't need to be in camp counselor mode of dancing the way I would consider it appropriate for a young child to dance). Good times, good times.
