(no subject)
had this nice/crazy dream last night which i think was inspired by a short story i read earlier that day and from watching 5 episodes of dead like me that night:
a good friend of mine -artist guy with long black hair - (i do not actually know this person in real life) had just lost his wife and wanted to do something that would allow people to experience what he interpreted as the feeling of death and of letting go of life
basically he would take you to this indoor swimming pool in a glass room that was lit like it was dusk and the pool was really bright and you would get strapped to him and stand on the edge of the pool like you were about to bungee jump and he would tell you not to hold onto him just let your body be loose and the two of you dove in sideways into the pool
i know that this is not physically possible but somehow underwater there was some sort of whirlpool and the you and him would spin through the water and the lights were really bright all around you and you could breathe and the water just pushed you through these swirling lights til you were eventually released out to the other side of the pool.
it felt really cool in my dream... very quiet and peaceful but powerful
then my dad came in with donuts...don't know what that was about.
