I haven't posted a recipe in a while, but I've come across some foods lately that I want to share with my lovely FList. Like this super simple thing Daniel made for us the other day:

Slice up a roll of polenta.
Fry slices lightly in olive oil.
Slather with warm, chunky tomato sauce.
Top with an anchovy (or three).
Nom.
