Robert Wyatt is one of my musical heroes, I can't describe how many times I've listened to his music when I feel blocked or when I need to feel inspired...
Here's one of my favorite performances from TOTP: Robert covering the Monkees' "I'm a Believer". Disgustingly enough the BBC refused to show him from the waist down due to his disability (he happens to be in a wheelchair). Robert is obviously mad as hell but he uses it to great effect, and I adore him for it:
