The Turak Hans are ancient warriors. More animalistic than normal vampires. Much more powerful. Mummy would say they are puppies without leashes. The first demon we fought, Stephen and I worked together. We struck from either side and did not let up until it was finally decapitated. The axe that Ripper gave me is intriguing. I can feel the power. It belongs in my hands, the hands of a slayer.
Stephen is pleased with the sword that Cristoff gifted to him. He fights valiantly with it and when we approached the second Turak Han, it was Stephen with his sword that struck the final blow.
We are tracking the third Turak Han now. We're weary, bruised, and bloody. Turak Hans fight hard and even with the two of us, killing them is not simple. Thankfully there are caves for me to take shelter during the sunlight. Tonight we shall find the last Turak in the woods and finish him off.
Then we will return to the school. Stephen caught glimpse of the fourth Turak Han outside of one of the windows. It appears to have aligned with the army who wishes to kill those in the school. We shall slay it and then assist in the battle.
We will not fail. It feels good to be useful again. To fight and to know that while I may not be able to offer penance for the mistakes of my past. Perhaps I can offer a strong hand in the battle against evil now. Captain Holtz's words stay with me. we shall cling to the good and lay waste to the evil.
