New York sublet...
Just found the most AMAZING sublet in NYC with an ideal timeframe...although it's a bit pricey. The location is truly perfect (one of my favorite blocks in the city), it's fully furnished, washer/dryer, A/C and did I mention it's one of my favorite blocks in the city.

I think the ole hubby and I were anticipating paying between $2500-2800/month...is that unrealistic for a furnished sublet? Any current New Yorkers here have a sense for that?
I have a feeling that since it's so nice, she'd want normal people in it and might be willing to negotiate based on that, but probably not by much.
