Um. Em? I am not positive, but I am pretty sure thinking "I sound like shit" thoughtout a performance is going to mess up your chi in a big way. You have to be nice to yourself while you are playing, my dear! If i make a mistake, I say to myself, "Hey, I knew a mistake was going to happen eventually, now I am just going to get on with it, and play my heart out because this is a beautiful piece...my worst critic is me." Be nice to yourself!!!
