-they're pretty affordable (definitely more affordable than similar modular housing I've seen).
-they're small and efficient
-there's no screwing around waiting for people to come and build/wire/plumb/whatever
-there's a factory in Northern Wisconsin
-I showed Casey and he likes them, too.
