my goal today was to make it in for half a day of work or to take a longer walk. however, i got a call this morning from a coworker/great friend who told me to take smaller steps so i can get better--therefore, my new goal is just to take a walk to the end of the street and back. it sounds pathetic, but my mind and body are very weak right now, and if i can make it to the end of the road or even just farther than yesterday, it will be an accomplishment to me. at least i am in a better place right now than i was yesterday--that is something.
