Thanks so much, sweetie! Castiel isn't easy to write and I want to use him more, so hopefully this was...practice at his voice. Although it's hard to balance him and the vessel, so I might just neglect the vessel from here on out since they seem to on the show, anyway.

What a great interpretation of that scene from Castiel's POV. I love how sympathetic he is to Dean's pain here - and the added detail of the vessel's feelings influencing him. I think that moment you describe is the first time we've really seen Castiel sympathizing with Dean - of course, I loved seeing that. :)

I loved that moment between them so much, I just couldn't leave it alone. He really needs to be in episodes longer - these little glimpses are like a tease! (Although I bet it frustrates Dean, too.) Thanks for reading, hun!

I loved this. Seeing this scene from Castiel's POV and having him feel Dean's emotions made for a very sad, touching piece. Great job!

Thank you so much! I think Castiel would have to have some sort of connection with Dean after pulling him out of Hell and then being able to appear wherever he is. :)
