50 Shades of Me
Everyone and their sister seems to be reading these books this summer. I finally jumped on the bandwagon last week not knowing what to expect. What I was surprised to discover was a very well written love story, full of sex true, but a love story nonetheless. The main character, Ana, is 21, and very I experienced. I found myself identifying with her immediately. I had a little more experience than her, but not much, when I met my husband at 26. Unfortunately now at age 37, although much more experienced, I'm still considered a virgin. I have vagismus and vulvodynia. Before reading 50 Shades, I honestly felt like I would go my entire life without knowing what it was like to have intercourse...after I find myself doing what I can to make sure I will be able to.
