Busybusybusybusy. :) I spent a good chunk of the day getting this done, guys, but guess what? It only took me one day. Seriously, I cannot get over how speedy this editing technique is. I can't believe I tried it before and decided it was rubbish! :D

And I forgot to ask, when did Kurt finally go back to school? Was listening to your elizabeth crying and feeling so very sad..

OOOOOOOOooo the echo effect <3 <3 <3 WOW!! Just that part that that Kurt was yelling at himself @.@ I jumped as the words got louder. Awesome.

Oh and... well I kinda spotted something else.. the smut smut scene starts at 3.30pm right? but then by the end of it, around 54 min, it's night when Kurt is hearing himself moan like a whore... :/

And god the smut is sooo awesome when is being read out loud.... I think I've tried listening to other smut podfics before but he they kind of weirded me out and I usually stopped. I guess having read your fic before and knowing what is coming makes me ok with it XD

woooo!! Just finished it!! As usual, it is so awesome that you are pod-ficing this.. All that detail that I like to glaze over is brought forward and shoved in my face in the best possible way. This was probably my favourite chapter of the lot I think, though I love all the chapters. I think because its the first time we see and hear exactly how Kurt is feeling, and for some absurd reason, I like listening to the hopelessness and trapped-ness of the Kurt's situation... dunno.. it's one of the weird things about me that I'e noticed over the years...that's why I'm partial to non-con fics...

Heeeheee!! Thank you so much for listening, and for coming back to give such incredible feedback!! <3 I'm glad you liked the lisp -- speaking like a six-year-old was actually super fun! In my head, at least, Kurt went back to school when he was 11-12ish, because homeschooling was very hard with only a single father around who had major commitments to his job. After that age, too, is when school gets a little bit harder for people of an older generation -- into the "holy crap, we never learned that when I was a kid" stage.

I'm so happy you enjoyed the echo effect!! It's my first time ever using it in one of my podfics, but I felt like some of the scenes in this were difficult to understand without some way of differentiating the dialogue. I'm so happy it worked so well and was only jarring in the right way. :D

With regards to the "moaning like a whore and sobbing into the night" line, I actually meant for it to be more non-literal when I wrote it. Like, Kurt's hearing himself be incredibly dramatically loud and is using language that matches that scenario? But I totally see how it could be confusing and muck up the timeline if taken literally! Oop!

I'm so happy that the smut -- the incredibly non-consensual and kinda horrifying smut -- isn't making you turn the podfic off. <3 It can be strange, listening to smut in podfics at first -- and I do think that some readers manage it better than others, so I'm just incredibly flattered that it works for you. Let me tell you, reading smut into a microphone and moaning like that is certainly a strange experience for me, too, at first! Mr. Darling can always hear everything because I'm just in the other room, lol. XD He's always like, "that was a porny chapter!" and I'm like, "oh, hush, you <3"

I TOTALLY understand about glazing over detail, because I do that ALL THE TIME when I read fic -- or even books. Like, I get anxious and want to get to certain parts, so I skim and miss things when I read. It's actually one of the things I love most about audio stories: I can't skip ahead, and I can't rush. I can only be told this story at the speed that the reader wants me to listen to it. Such a different experience! I'm so pleased that this one is your favourite chapter, lovely -- I love hearing which ones people prefer above others, and why. This is definitely SUCH a look into Kurt's head, isn't it? I find that mentality incredibly interesting to explore as well -- as you can probably guess!!

Aah!! Awesome replies as usual! Always awesome to hear your head canon, and now with the podfic, there's even more to discover and take notice of, even though its the exact same text!! XD XD

Honestly love digging deep into story 'verses and other things that I obsess about (Glee, HP etc). I'm not the kind that tries a lot of things, but if I dive, I usually dive deep XD

*contented sigh* Just totally love listening to your voice and your narrative! (If that doesn't sound creepy XD) I would never be able to do what you are, cause I really hate the shallowness of anything that I write, so reading it back for people to hear will never be something I will do. But YOU! You write incredible material and have an awesome podfic voice, so never ever change!! (Or more like, evolve and grow, but never stop the awesomeness form flowing!!)

That doesn't sound creepy at all! :) I love sharing my voice with people. And I'm very, very happy that this is pleasant to listen to and analyze in a different form! Diving deep is always, always my favourite way to go as well. Analyzing the media I love = the best!!

And didn't you write 90 pages of Marauders-era fic? That doesn't sound shallow to me!
