So, so glad that you're enjoying the story, hon! :D I really wanted to convey a sense of normalcy and family despite the weird, dark, brutal situation; as though Kurt and Blaine have essentially a normal, healthy relationship -- but with a couple of major challenges that they have to surmount. So pleased that they are coming off as sweet at all, and not just disturbing or anything. As for Finn and Kurt: they are so close as a result of their trauma and journey together, they don't even need to speak in order to communicate by the end. Tremendous closeness.

And yay, realism. <3 It's tough to aim for reality within a fantastical setting; always a challenge, but such a fun one. And oh, man. I have such ideas for a sequel. Such ideas. I actually have the beginnings of one plotted out, but I would have to do MAJOR outlining to make it work. No promises, though -- I think that everyone in my life might kill me if I immediately rushed into one. They are all annoyed that I've been spending all of my time writing "kinky werewolf porn" that ( ... )

There is just so much tenderness admist the animalistic side of this story - this duality is absolutely compelling and intense. The complexity of Blaine's emotions, the conflict he feels between his two sides, and the way you write them is brilliant. The ending of this chapter was utterly satisfying, and so very sweet.

I look forward to the Epilogue - though I must say, I hope you'll choose extend this verse in your free time whether it is with a prequel, a sequel, or side-stories. I would absolutely love to read more of it, especially concerning the details that have been alluded to throughout the series.

Thank you for this update.

I'm so pleased that the dub-con wasn't a game-ruiner for you, honey. :) It can be a difficult thing to read sometimes, and thank you for trusting me to get you through. You could not have given me a bigger compliment than reading through to the end!

I really wanted to explore the tension and duality inside of Blaine here, especially at this juncture; the night before the full moon, hopped up on hormones, buzzing with his lover's blood and clawing at the seams. Because Blaine loves Kurt more than anything, but getting the wolf to that same point -- as we've seen -- has been a challenge! So pleased that it was compelling, and that the end satisfied. <3

OH MAN SEQUELS. You know, it really is largely due to wonderful commenters like yourself that I've realized just how much more there is to explore in this verse. People say, "I want to know how X EVENT happened!" and I think, "Oh, man. I totally know how that happened. But I have NO IDEA how to work that element into the narrative of this story." I don't think I'm quite done with this ( ... )

Thank you ever so much! :D What lovely things you say! "Intense" is exactly the feeling I was trying to convey, so your usage of it makes me a very happy panda indeed! And I'm glad the universe is compelling. :D

So pleased that all the character stuff is working for you, as well! :D Poor Blaine, bb. He really has no choice but to be super intense in this chapter. Hopefully I will be able to find time to write a sequel, as I don't feel done with this verse yet. <3 Thank you so much for coming along with me on this journey!

That was hot. Really hot. I'm not one for Puck/Kurt, so I rushed through that part, but everything was so, so, perfect. Everyone came into place, there wasn't a moment wasted, god, I wish I was this good at writing. If ever you write a book and publish it, I am buying it.

Hallo you! :D And eheheheheheh. Delighted to pump out some steamy smex for your enjoyment. <3 You know, I'm actually not into Puck/Kurt as a romantic relationship in any way, shape, or form. But I do feel that, while Puck cares very deeply as a pack leader for Kurt and Blaine, he isn't in the slightest interested in a romantic or even sexual relationship with them. This is just necessary business, through and through. And at least Blaine was there to make it bearable, right? I hope that it at least worked within the narrative for you! :)

Ahaha, you flatter me!! :D That is just such a wonderful thing to say! Writing is such a funny little hobby for me, honestly. People in my RL don't even know that I do it, most of the time. XD They're like, "the impact of globalization on Hobbes' theory of the mortal god is integral to... wait, what? You wrote... fanfic today? I DON'T EVEN KNOW YOU." But I'm glad that someone thinks I'm good at it, at least!! <3 Thank you for being so lovely, my fellow Canadian! THIS CALLS FOR ANOTHER CROSS-COUNTRY ( ... )

Yes, Blaine makes everything better. And the sex afterwards also made everything a lot better.
Pfft, they are missing out on something grand. Just wait, one day, they'll be begging for your autograph.
HELL YEAH!!! (I wish I had an awesome gif to reply to yours...Let's see if I can dig one up.)

And ahaha, and you are such a complete love! *huggles* Thank you, beauty. And agreed that hot sex does have a way of making things better. <3

I had to stop reading cuz I'm just so angry at Puck. I understand why he's doing it logically but it just feels like such a violation. Especially since Kurt is currently out of his mind on werewolf blood.

Ok I'm back. I've cooled down and finished reading. I still love this fic.

I'm glad you were able to make it back and get through in the end. *hughughug* Taking a moment to cool down was probably terribly wise! And it does make me pleased, at least, that the fic is having a strong impact on people at all. Thank you for your honesty, and for coming back. <3

That is completely understandable. *hughughug* The dub-con in this chapter was always going to be worrisome, and that's why I was so nervous to post this chapter. Taking a breather was probably a terribly sensible idea. It makes complete sense to be upset at Puck; it is a violation, especially considering the mind-altering substance.

If it helps at all, when Kurt glances over at Puck after Blaine says "last chance to back out"? It's because he's fairly sure he knows it's going to happen. He knows the pack is falling apart, and that this is probably the way they're going to try to solve the problem. He does consent to the process knowing that it's a likely possibility, even if he is terribly impaired and unable to consent during the actual process.

I also don't know if it helps to know, but this was the initial prompt that inspired the story as a whole. I hope that I've at least managed to make it a little less of a violation that it could have been. <3 ( ... )
