The Great Ape Protection Act, which ends research on chimps and provides sanctuary for federally owned chimps. Read the site, contact your congressperson.

I went on a good, 40 minute bike ride with Max and Eric today. I was slow, but I made it to the top of the Covell overpass without getting off my bike! By the time we got home, I felt pretty worked out, but good. My legs were bendy, but not as bad as I thought. My chest got a little tight, but I just breathed through it, and about 10 minutes into the ride everything loosened up again. Then we went to dinner with Russ, Kellin and Martin. It was a great end to the day. :)
