Я понимаю, что можно и не заполнять, опция есть. Но что вдруг такие вопросы? И будут ли вообще рассмотрены резюме без ответов на них?
Вроде писали, что в Штатах для подачи резюме вообще не нужны ни фото, ни данные о поле, возрасте и пр.?
Или это заботливые ейч-ары собирают для того, чтобы в будущем учитывать нюансы в кадровой политике и никого не обидеть?
