Happy Valentines Day
Between the times of 12:30 and 2pm something strange came over me today.... This weird sadness I was feeling while driving to my internship in Mt P. I was thinking it was because I had nobody to celebrate Valentines Day with... alone, once again... But that wasn't it, and it wasnt until about 4 that I realized why I was sad.
My dad called me while sitting at my computer at Special Olympics. My dad rarely ever calls my cell phone and when he does its because he needs to talk to me about something important... I knew exactly what it was as soon as I saw his name through the small window on my phone.
"I just called to let you know that your Grandmother passed away today."
I then realized that the reason I was feeling so sad was because at that moment, in my car on my way to Mt. Pleasant, she was dying.
