Dir en grey concert REVIEWW
I have to say that I had so much more fun on the floor than on the stupid balcony :D Now that my stupid dad wasn't there everything is better. So, now would be time for my review. NO PICS, I DONT HAVE A CAMERA! And, I can't remember exactly what order each song was played...so I don't have a set list. PLZ TO BE IGNORING MAH SPELLING!
So, by the time me and my friends got there it was already 7:00, so we didn't have to wait outside for long. Once we got inside we all went to the bathroom and shit. EVERYONE WAS SO NICELY DRESSED UP. BUT I WAS THE MOST COLORFUL ONE THERE, SO I FELT SPECIAL >:D Me, Emily, and Melanie all got shirts, which are so comfy btw. XD Then we went to the area were the show was, IT WAS FUCKIN TEENY!
We waited around for a bit, and then the opening band came on. I wasn't very fond of them, I have to say. Kids were just like standing around, but some were headbanging and such. These kids in front of me, were like dancing. Yeah, not headbanging, but like dancing around. It was quite entertaining, I must say. And there was this cute asian kid near me, that I got to talk to for a bit. It was nice.
So then Sa Bir came on, and everyone knew that Diru was gonna come on. EVERYONE LIKE FUCKIN MOVED UP, WHICH WAS GOOD SO I COULD SEE MORE! BUT THERE WERE SO MANY TALL KIDS, WHICH WASN'T GOOD CUZ I'M ONLY 5'1"! D: But yeah, I stood like right between Kyo and Die. So I got a nice view of both of them, and shinya. I couldn't really see Kaoru at all, and I could kind of see Toshiya, but it depended on if someone was in the way and where he was standing. They fuckin rocked so hard!! They played so many awesome songs!! >:D And eventually kids kept like moving around, so I got pretty close to the front. The cute asian from before let us have these closer spots, and was singing all the songs. Which was so cute! Of course, I sung all the ones except the newest songs. XD
They were all energetic the whole time! Die and Toshiya were very hyper and interactive the whole time! It was really nice to see that they were having fun! Kyo was full of awesome, and sang beautifully. Kaoru was acting really cool and hardcore, as usual. XD And Shinya was all pretty. It was so pretty when Kyo sang part of Conceived Sorrow without the microphone. And when he did his little chanting/accapella thingy, It just felt so amazing. Its like a trance or something, cuz everyone was just silent, and listening to him. When Die came out with the Heineken bottle during the encore, I couldn't stop laughing. It just made me smile so much! And I couldn't see that well, but I'm pretty sure he kinda like went off the stage into all these fans. D: I was sad cuz I wasn't close enough. Die smiled the whole time, it was so cute <3 And Toshiya's hair actually looked really nice in person. They all just looked great.
There was no moshing until the encores, which was pretty nice for me. XD But, once they did start moshing, I had to back up cuz they were like running into me, and they took my place D: I WAS SO FUCKIN PISSED! Kyo was saying "LAST SONG" before III Empire, IT WAS SO CUTE OMG. AND HIM SAYING "JUMP" WAS CUTE TOO~~~ Overall I would say the audience was really good. They sang when Kyo wanted us to sing. They knew which songs to be all loud and shit in, and which songs not to. I was very impressed actually. But some kid had like a super soaker or something and kept fuckin spraying water all over. So I got like a mini-shower I guess.
After the show, all the bouncers were trying to get everyone out like as quickly as possible. They said there was no meet-and-greet, which really pissed me off. So we all waited around for a bit, then just left cuz nothing was going on. So we headed out to their tour bus, and what do you know, we see SHINYA like walking to it. So I said hi to him, and he said hi back. Not much, but I never met any of them before, so it was some serious buisness. There were other kids around, but they didn't say hi to Shinya...I guess I was the only one who like recognized it was him or something. Right as I realized that I should ask him to take a picture with me, or give him my fanmail, he was getting on the bus. So then me and some other kids waiter around for the other members to come out. This kid told me that they were doing a quick signing, even though the bouncers said they weren't. But I didn't know weather to believe him or not, so we just waited. And then we got kicked out. D:
I didn't get my CD or anything signed, or a nice picture with Shinya, but I did have loads of fun. :3 AND I DIDN'T DIE IN THE MOSH PIT! I think I liked it more than Inward Scream. ♥
