Well shit. I thought that one game was dead but it is apparently not. ...Which blows. Because now that I've made an older alt of Allison who is not a terrible spazz like Allistar is. I don't know if I want to play her spazzy younger self. ...Mostly because I already got it sorted with Jenni that nothing ever happened with her and Alex and had things go pretty normal for her. She went back to Jersey, got involved with the store, she went to Fifth.
Bah. Dunno.
I still have JJ to introduce in the Nexus too. Got way involved with this prom thing so I've done nothing with him.
BAH. Anyway. Goals! I've written these down in like a million places but I need to revise and stuff and typing is good and fun or something.
ALLISTAR
• Get him through Prom - He can be the host with the most, all happy-go-lucky and sweet and charming. He will not drink. He will not mope. ...He may strong arm the band or the dj into playing something for Fish with a small announcement beforehand. That will only happen at the end of the night, however, so he can take the hell off afterward.
• Find him a place to fuck off to. Likely just a random place he'll find by PIN. ...Actually. Could send him to the world of the Ports, pre-ports. [A version of Allistar is known to have been there so there's no reason why it can't actually be him instead of another alt. He supposedly died but Allison has no details of said death so maybe he "died" and just went back to the Nexus. This has potential.] He has an outside view. He's a bit of a revolutionary. He finally turns into, over the span of a few years, the man he wants to be. Because he can start fresh. Because he can see the Pre-Port society for how fucked up it is. All of this should take at least a week in game. To Allistar, it will be more like five years. Long enough to build up a reputation, to actually be getting things done. And for the Pre-Port upper society to want to kill him.
• Send fucker home with a slightly better disposition. He's FINALLY had a girlfriend. He's more capable of closing his mouth, but he's still very happy. He does crazy things but he finally knows where the line should be drawn. ...who knows if he is over Fish, however. He definitely, in five years, has reached Imogene status.
ALLISON PORT FIFTH VER
• Decide on wether or not to send her to Prom. Thinking not? Allistar might already be too much to handle there.
• Have her ask more in the Nexus.
• The library? Her book? Perhaps there's something to be done there.
• She wants protection from Elder Gods, such as Hastur. She will ask Tim DeWitt about such and he will refer her, likely, to some books on magic, which needs to be sorted out. She cannot become another Edward. This could lead into some good questioning on her part, and gives her another facet of self defense, should she ever need it.
• Keep on with the recollections. Those are kind of awesome, even if no one reads them ever.
Birthday this tuesday. I'm gonna be 24 and I am kind of sort of freaking the hell out. A lot. I know, I know, it's ridiculous. I just feel like I haven't done enough with my life or something. I am one of a small group of people, in fact. I discussed this with my mom. A lot of people my age just don't want to work so they can party and do whatever. I am not one of these people. I literally want to retire at my age--eat dinner at 4, maybe do a little bit of traveling, and generally relax. Serious retirement business, not party like it's 1999.
