And now, the Lulz

Mom has decided that she's coming directly home after work this evening, which means I am now the one that needs to go out and do the last-minute necessity shopping at the all-night Walmart.

My sister handed me this list:
Coke
Ice
Tums
Sprite
Sanity
Bread
Dry cat food
Normalcy
Forks/knives
baby carrots
dark kidney beans

I explained that I could probably get most of the list, but I didn't think Walmart carries either Normalcy or Sanity. If they did, you wouldn't see the crazy folks they have late at night at Walmart. She told me that if there was some sanity, to chuck the rest of the list, and buy it no matter the cost.

I have a nutty family.

Also... It seems that my mother and sister now find me funny. They tell me it's all the GABA (neurotransmitter) in my brain now that I'm on the neurontin. Somehow, I am funnier than I was a couple of weeks ago before I had my stay at the "spa." I think it's interesting, since my humor hasn't actually changed at all. They think it's maybe the delivery that's gotten better. Whatever. At least now they don't think I suck at jokes.
