TV woes, weird neighbors, and fluffiness

I just finished watching the last two episodes of Journeyman that Heather and I have had saved on the TiFaux for almost 2 months now. SO SAD. Not the ending, but that the series is over after just a fall season. It had real promise, but not as many people were watching as NBC was hoping, so they canceled it. And just when it was really starting to get interesting with the why he was traveling and who or what was making him travel. Grr.

On our way to do errands Heather decided that the sky was pretty and she needed to take pictures. Then she took pictures of the flock of sparrows that lives outside our apartment and constantly torments Kepler (the cat). Then she found a bug that was on this giant bush outside our neighbor's apartment. So she was standing there and we were talking while she was snapping photos of this really interesting red bug. Finally, as we were walking toward her car to leave, the guy in the apartment says from his patio in this unidentifiable European accent, "Why are you taking pictures of my bush?" Heather said that there was a bug on one of the leaves. He grimaced, so I mumbled something like, "it's probably a nice bug." Heather said, "I take pictures of everything." He just thought we were the weird ones.

There was a sale at the Linens-n-Things in the strip shopping center with the Academy sports store that was our true destination. We were enticed, and ended up with new fluffy pillows! So fabulous. I'm hoping for good sleep tonight and less of a crick in the neck in the morning. My previous pillow situation was two stacked and one behind so they didn't fall in the crack between the headboard and the mattress. Now: one pillow. My new fluffy one. FABULOUS.
