Gun crazy freaks
There is a commercial for a gun store here in town. They only show the commercial here after 11:30pm. Their motto: "Defend a man and he's safe for a day. Teach a man to defend himself and he's safe for a lifetime." Oh. My. God. There is just something so amazingly wrong with that. To take such a wonderful teaching of Jesus and twist it that way just makes me sick. I have a feeling that He probably isn't all too thrilled with it either.
