Ugh
I'm either getting sinus infection again, or something else that is making my throat hurt. If I get sick, I at least want to get that husky sexy voice thing.
One of my best friends, Bek (the one who moved to Denver) totaled her car the other day. She just told me today in an e-mail. I'm quite distressed that she didn't call me. Needless to say, I called her at work the instant I got her note which was a simple "I totaled my car. =(" My first words? "OH MY GOD ARE YOU OKAY???" She says she is, but I am still concerned since she tends to downplay stuff like that. She says she's mainly pissed that she has to find a new car.
Good news, however: I'm getting my hair cut tomorrow!! Whee!! I haven't had it cut in a year due to the fact that my stylist is kinda expensive and I've had no money... thankfully her cuts are so good that all you have to do is a little maintenance trimming on your bangs and the rest grows out looking good still.
Watching Deal or No Deal at the moment, mainly because there's nothing else on. I don't know if anyone else knows this but Howie Mandel is, like, a HUGE germaphobe. Does not like to touch people. Will not shake hands with talk show hosts when he goes on their shows (he rubs elbows with Kelly Ripa). He was just hugged on both sides by twin guys. The look on his face was priceless. He looked so shocked/sickened. He joked it off, but he seemed really shaken up. I wonder what his procedure for cleansing himself afterward is...
