God, why do men suck so much? First Booth moves on far too quickly and now Will?! WTF? Seriously? I know men do this irl because they're assholes, but they also don't ever say shit like, "you're the only one I love/i've loved you for years/i can't live without you (and mean it)" so they should also not move on so quickly. They should at least have some kind of mourning/brooding period. Preferably for as long as it takes for the pining woman to get her shit together and no shorter than that. ugh. TV, you are supposed to be BETTER than real life, duh.
Props to House and Tony. House realized that he loved (and couldn't live without) Cuddy (eh, in a nutshell...obvs it's more complicated than this), went after her, waited for her, and the only other love he approached in that time was Vicodin--which doesn't count because Vicodin can't sleep with him. Props to Tony because after he lost Ziva the first time (post-Jenny's death), he realized that he loved her and didn't want to live without her ("it was inevitable"), and when he saw her again, he waited for her--waited through Michael and that whole mess of bad decisions, rescued her from Somalia and the clutches of evil torturing terrorists, and then waited for her to get settled and find her place in America. He hasn't moved on--he's only had eyes for her and doesn't even really try to hide it anymore.
Obvs, I need to live in a world where the men are like House and Tony and the small smattering of other acceptable male forms. I have a soft spot for the men who pine. Not the ones who move on. /rant.
Also, ummm...can't get over the cuteness that are the House 7x04 promo pictures and the 7x02 bed scene. *drools*
