Firstly, popped in Smallville S2 DVD and watched 2.04 Red today during my cardio workout, which is where I left off in ‘His Girl Friday’. One step closer. Excited to step back into that world. Do you have a lot of subscribers? I wouldn't worry about it, then. Even if you do, AO3 waits and sends a big update email for you a couple hours later. So if you updated ten stories/chapters, they'd all appear in that one update email.

Alternatively, you can also set the publishing dates of the chapters separately, if you wish. Then the story wouldn't even be on the "last updated" page until you got to the most recent. But if you want people to see it there who have never read it, don't bother with that.

Ooh this is good to know. Thank you! And no I don't have any lol, i've only been using it to review on Ao3 but this is good to know in the future if I move anything else over after I start publishing there.

I really need to spend some more time over there. I'm just so used to searching ff.net or getting story links through LJ comms or Tumblr these days.
