I was hoping to get all the way from "before" to "after" in the Kitchen Remodel in a Weekend project, but I'm still at "during".
Painted the wall kind of a split-pea color. Got the upper cupboards put together. Swapped the location of the fridge and the big drawer cabinet. Cleaned up as best I could. Found the ibuprofen somewhere. Am now immobilized by tired and achy.
Several of life's basic kitchen necessities are still in the bathroom. Cupboard doors need attaching, cupboards need hanging (that's the hardest part), loads of stuff needs putting away, and there's a mountain of IKEA cardboard on my porch awaiting recycling.
So, getting there. It's going to be a couple more evenings. Off to the Bathtub of Resuscitation for me.
