I Want Turkey First!
Ok so Halloween is over, that means Thanksgiving is right around the corner right? At least I thought so. Apparently I as dead wrong because once November 1st hits, then that means Christmas is coming! What the hell people? I mean I know Christmas is a fantastic holiday and all but damn, can you corporate businesses and the like not rush the damn Holiday? I swear to god I was in Target the day before Halloween and I right there, behind the costumes and candy were Christmas decorations. I was like WTF? Before even that I had gone into Quiznos to get a sammich, and low and behold, I hear Christmas songs. Then the first day of this month, I find Disney channel playing The Santa Clause. Then today, on NOV. 4th, I go down to the town center with my father and I spot the little Christmas decorations of the little light post. What the hell people?! Does Thanksgiving not even exist any more? I would like to see some commercials about turkey and the pilgrims before that fat man in the red suit is thrown down my throat. I think this is why I'm losing the Christmas spirit when the holiday comes around. Cause it's always rush rush rush, buy buy buy! There's almost no feel to it anymore. Which is also why I can never figure out what I want for Christmas because I feel like people are forced to get me something...then I feel awkward if I don't like it. But dammit this is November. I really don't feel like seeing elves and reindeer just yet.
