*blushes* Thank you! I'm so glad you liked it! Reading your wonderful comments both here and on the meme totally made my day--it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside to know that other people like my writing, especially the OP. And, wow, I'm not sure if I've ever been worshiped before!

There really is a sad lack of YagsPlush fills (although you are doing an amazing job writing many of them). Seriously, I have a whole list of prompts, and it's kind of astonishing. Sometimes I wish had time to do nothing else all day but write fic.

I just wasn't expecting it to be filled, so when I was told it was being filled, I was all O.O OMGZ MUST READ MUST FOLLOW. I was cautious when you said it wasn't quite "proposal" in the traditional sense, but looking at the fic as a whole it worked so much better than any other way!!!!! <3

The even sadder part is that I also prompt most of the YagsPlush ones, too ;A; and then fill them, half the time.

Seriously I don't know why there was always a ton of Swangoose written, when YagsPlush completely outdoes them for reality, rivalry and dramaz~. ;)

I'll admit, I made that warning at the beginning because I wasn't quite sure how all the parts were going to go down (I was pulling together bits from unfinished fics that weren't going anywhere and were not originally connected to this prompt). I always knew how it would end, though. <3 And looking back, I think it may have been an unnecessary caveat.

YagsPlush >>>>>>>>> Swangoose, definitely. But then, I've never actually understood Swangoose. *Shrugs* I guess I'll just enjoy my nice little corner of the world. But I totally understand the surprise at new fills; every time one appears it's like getting a shiny new toy at [insert your holiday of choice here].

I mean, I can see Swangoose in the traditional rivalry sense. But YagsPlush has so much basis in real life. We know they saw each other nearly every day for five years; we know that during those five years both were about that age where you go through awkward sexual awakening; NO-ONE WILL EVER CONVINCE ME NOTHING HAPPENED (c'mon, I'll even settle for a kiss!). Plus there was Yags' comment about something happening between them in 1998, something that was his fault and made it impossible for them to be friends... *tinhat*

OMG are the last three yours? If the Yags/Tat/Yana/Plush repost was you, I will die, because that prompt was one of mine XDDDDDD

All the Ilia ones are mine too. Please, fandom, give me some Ilia, is it too much to ask? ;____;

WIPs can be terrifying. And yet I keep starting more of them, FML.

I don't think I've ever heard that comment of Yags'. My god, the fic practically writes itself! And yes, exactly, it's the basis in real life that makes it such an appealing pairing. I like my fanfic to be as closely connected to reality as possible (unless it's a deliberate AU) because, after all, that's why I'm looking for fanfic instead of original fiction. And when it comes to tinhatting...well, obviously SOMETHING happened between them to result in such a personal rivalry, leading to whatever they call their relationship these days...

Yes, several of those last ones were mine, including the foursome. That was originally yours? :D I've been wanting that for AGES and was so sad when no one filled it the first time. (And then I realized it was 4 A.M. and I should get off the meme and get to sleep. What is my life, etc. etc.)

MY IMMEDIATE THOUGHT IS MORE FIC = GOOD BUT I UNDERSTAND THE PAIN. I have this tendency to want to make things LONGER and MORE COMPLEX and OH HEY LET'S THROW IN A BUNCH MORE CHARACTERS THAT'LL BE FUN RIGHT? And then it takes me forever to write anything ( ... )

HAHAHAHHAHA I KNOW ABOUT THE COMPLEX, AND BUNCH MOAR CHARACTERS PROBLEMS - MY HAREM AU WAS SUPPOSED TO BE YAGSPLUSH AND SOMEHOW ILIA/VIKTOR WIGGLED IN AS THE SECOND MAIN PAIRING.

THIS THIS THIS THIS. I like to think that they had slightly faily awkward first-time sex and maybe got a bit frightened of pain/each other/hurting each other as well as being found out, and maybe Alexei (being older) trying to push on before Evgeni was fully ready, and of course the scary "hide-from-society-coz-society-would-kill-us", and a big fight coz maybe one wants more, as you said, and then lots of bitter resentment leading to hatesex later. ;)

LOLOLOL EVEN YANA AND TATIANA SHIP IT, DID U SEE THAT VID WHERE THE TV PRESENTERS GAVE YANA A BOUQUET TO THROW AND SAID WHOEVER CAUGHT IT WOULD MARRY EVGENI, AND SHE WENT INTO THE AUDIENCE ADN GAVE IT TO ALEXEI?

ILIA/VIKTOR IS A GOOD PAIRING TOO. Of course that's the problem with secondary characters--they're good, and you don't want to cut them out, and then suddenly they're integral to the plot and/or demanding their own story. (I've been trying to get Sasha Abt into everything, and finally just gave in and started writing Sasha-centric fic ( ... )

Don't worry, in one fic I had bbEvgeni and bbAlexei sharing a shower, and being all ~awkward until finally bbEvgeni just snapped and theyy started making out, lol. I HAVE THIS THING FOR THEIR FIRST TIME, OKAY.

I WONDER IF YANA AND PLUSHY WILL BE INVITED TO THE WEDDING O.O. AND OF COURSE ALL THIS MEANS IS MOAR FOURSOMES.

I WOULD LOVE IT IF YANA AND PLUSHY WERE INVITED TO THE WEDDING. AND CAN YOU IMAGINE THE REACTION FROM THE RUSSIAN MEDIA? LOL.

Now I kind of want to write fic where Yags and Plushy have faily awkward teenage sex, and then years later Yana and Tatiana help them get over the lingering resentment and work out their issues together. And of course it would end in a foursome.

I like it because bbEvgeni makes the first move, which doesn't happen a lot XDDDDD Usually I write bbAlexei struggling against his feelings and then working to seduce bbEvgeni.

Interesting. I've only actually written bbEvgeni and bbAlexei once and that wasn't first time, but I often imagine Evgeni making the first move in an effort to get control and not be pushed around. I could see it either way, though.

I HAVE TO SAY, I QUITE ENJOY THE THOUGHT OF THE ENTIRE SKATING WORLD FLIPPING ITS SHIT. IT WOULD BE A BRILLIANT SPECTACLE TO WATCH.
