Guess who's back. Back again.
Woo! Back from my vacation which was awesome. Stayed in Scottsdale, Arizona, Santa Rosa, New Mexico, Austin, Texas, New Orleans, Louisiana, and Ocean Springs, Mississippi.
Scottsdale was pretty fancy. First time I saw a cactus. Nice, dry heat.
Santa Rosa was really small and boring, but it was pretty cool seeing all the rock formations etc. in the desert driving through NM. The desert is a fascinating place, but there a lot of poor, run down towns there. It's incredibly depressing.
Texas was HOT AS FUCK. JFC. I don't know how people live there and handle it. Austin was pretty cool though. Our hotel was awesome (especially the food).
New Orleans was also really hot. It's a scary city to go into for the first time since it's so narrow inside lol We ended up staying a block away from Bourbon Street on Friday night. Oy. That place is fucking crazy. Live sex clubs, strippers walking around everywhere, people drinking and taking off their clothes. Big culture shock lol I got some really cool souvenirs though.
And Ocean Springs was my fave place. ADORABLE town. FANTASTIC food. I had a great time there.
