This one has a point.

CD doesn't like the term "live in lover," and I don't like "domestic partner," so we're looking for alternates.

If you don't answer, you're off the Christmas list or out of my will, as appropriate.

Poll What do you call someone you live with romantically but aren't married to?

There wasn't a box for "just plain silly," so I thought the Christmas list one seemed the closest.

OOC: ...Pretend the answer from mrsarcastic003 is from Roy, because clearly, I fail at LJ logins.

I thought that was covered by "stupid and pointless," but I'll keep it mind for the next just plain silly poll.

ooc: No problem! I do that all the time. :)

I don't know. "Stupid and pointless" sounded mean. At least, that's what the munchkin thought, and she should know. She's a lot closer to kindergarten than you or I.

Depends on who you ask. I've been told I have the mentality of a second grader. I'll take her word for it, though.

You guys headed this way for Thanksgiving, or do you have to put in time with the Bats?

I don't know who would say a thing like that.

Hmm. Have to talk it over with Dick, but I was planning on being there. I mean... Afternoon with Bruce, or afternoon with my crazy family? No contest, as far as I'm concerned.

Half the world, apparently. The other half at least says fifth grade.

Tell Dick he should feel lucky that he's invited. It might not happen again next year, so he should take me up on it.

::laughs:: Fifth grade? I don't know. I'll give you credit for Junior High, at least.

I'll pass that along.
