In Manor, where I was living with Demian & Tom.

Did you meet any new friends this year?
Yes! Several.
Did any of your friendships end?
Um, maybe. Definitely on hiatus. I want to keep the friendship going, but ... things.
Did you get into any fights?
I'd call it a conflict.
Did you make any new enemies?
No.
Did you resolve any fights?
Well, I tried.

Demian, Mari, Mike.
2014 Holidays...
Did you have a Valentine?
Yes. We were still oh so poor, but I was quite happy to sitting in a cheap Chinese restaurant. :)
Did the Easter bunny visit you?
No, but that's okay.
Did you watch fireworks on the 4th of July?
No. We didn't have any plans.
Did you dress up for Halloween?
Yep! 80's punk rocker!
What did you do for Thanksgiving?
We bought a turkey from Rudy's, I made macaroni salad & cheesecake. Though the cheesecake was more for Demian's birthday (same day as Thanksgiving).
Where were you for Christmas?
At home, with Demian.
Did you receive what you wanted?
I didn't really ask for anything in particular. But was happy with everything I received. :)
2014 Your BIRTHDAY!
Did you have a cake?
No cake, but my friend Mari got me a small mountain of cookies!
What did you do for your birthday?
Had dinner with Demian, Mari & her boyfriend Dave. Also had another birthday dinner with just Daymo.
Did you have a party?
No, but that's okay. I don't have enough friends out here to constitute a party yet. :(
Did you get any presents?
Cookies and a Costco membership from Mari, a tablet from Daymo, a care package from my parents. Awesome loot. ;-)
2014 The Memories and Accomplishments...
Happiest Memory?
Hitting it off with Mari so well that the first evening we spent together, we hung out until 4 in the morning!
Saddest Memory?
Early in the year, wondering if I'd make it out here, having lost my job 2 days after signing an apartment lease.
Scariest Memory?
Being afraid I lost Beta Kitty! He's very much not an outdoor cat. He tries to dart out the door in the mornings. Twice he's been stealthy enough we didn't see him run past us. The first time he was waiting for us by the door. This second time, there was working being done on the complex, so he hadn't hung around the door. I was scared sick when he wasn't in the house! I walked about the complex, calling his name, making my "come here" noises. Yes, he's a cat who comes when I call. I was choking back tears before I found him, curled up on the rocks, and he didn't even come. He just looked up at me and mewed pitfully. And meowed miserably all the way back home in my arms.
Biggest Accomplishment?
Being hired on full time at Dell, doing very well on the team, and earning a (side-ways) promotion!

Very likely.
Was 2014 a good year?
Um, it's had it's ups and downs, but I feel like the good has been steadily on the rise. :-D Much to be thankful for this year.
Did 2014 bring any new insights?
Um, not much, I think.
Do you think 2015 will top 2014?
I believe so! This year was more an establishing year, I feel.
Do you have any goals for 2015?
Keep improving my sense of security. In all ways. Financially, job-wise, make more friends, just be happy here...
Do you wish 2014 wouldn't end?
This year rather feels like a blur. Yeah, I'd like more time to keep improving, but I'll take it into the new year. :)
Do you plan to do anything special for NYE 2015?
Finish up watching Death Note, enjoy some steak, and cuddles from Daymo and kitty.
