Did you meet any new friends this year?
No, but I met someone that I would love to get to know better.

Besides the usual ones with my parents, I'm pretty sure no.

Pretty sure no.

Mmmm, not exactly, but things are definitely better than they were - in my opinion, anyway.

2009 Holidays...
Did you have a Valentine?
... I think we skipped Valentine's this year. Ya know, being poor and all.
Did the Easter bunny visit you?
I think I got chocolates.
Did you watch fireworks on the 4th of July?
Yep! Antilles and I went to Half Moon Bay and had a half-way successful trip. It was the coming back that was the difficult part.
Did you dress up for Halloween?
Not on Halloween itself (just my cat-eared hat), but I did for the pumpkin carving party.
What did you do for Thanksgiving?
I had 2 Thanksgivings! One with Antilles' family, another with my family.
Did you make a list of gifts for the holidays?
Sort of. I put a post on LJ for my Secret Santa.
Did you receive what you wanted?
Yep! I got a humidifier, the Josh Groban Christmas album, and Scribblenaughts!
Were you good this holiday season?
I think I was too demoralized (and gimpy) to do otherwise.

Antilles took me to see Wolverine, then we met my parents and niece at my favorite Japanese restaurant.

Finding out someone close to me *didn't* have a terminal disease.
Saddest Memory?
Being told someone close to me may have a terminal disease.

GETTING THE HELL OUT OF MY PARENTS' HOUSE!

Definitely. Being told you may have cancer (twice) will do that.

*sigh* I think the bad outweighed the good this year, so no.

Ooooh yeah.
Do you think 2010 will top 2009?
Well, hopefully all the things that happened this year won't happen again next year, so it won't be hard to be an improvement.

Work on my relationships with my roomies, find a better job.
