Happy that Tim escaped worse than he got. And Papa!Gibbs will be fun to see. Eagerly anticipating the last chapter, but sad to see it end. Will beg and grovel for more!

Yep, not great, but very lucky. Been running errands all day, missed the dog getting on the roof. Silly thing can't walk across the room without slipping on the hardwood floor, but she managed to get between the uprights on the balcony railing and onto the roof of the first floor. Had a blast up there apparently.

Know about running errands today. LOL. Getting spouse squared away to go back to Fort Sill tomorrow, so been there. RMAO about the dog. Hope you got her down OK. :)

Thanks, the person I wrote this for really loves the friendship between the boys so I wanted that to be a major focus.

No surprise that this chapter doesn't disappoint. I'm glad McGee is going to get to do most of his recovering under the watchful eye of his "family" instead of in a hospital. Can't wait for the next chapter, but will be sorry to see this one end. I've been spoiled by your usual looong stories.

Thank you. He'll feel better surrounded by family to keep him warm. I'll be getting back to the long stories soon, but it's been good for me to write compact for a change.
