Thanks, I can see Abby getting carried away and Tony pulling her back in. You just know that Gibbs is remembering his own little girl while he's doing what he considers "practical shopping" even as he wistfully dreams of teaching her things he never got to do with Kelly.

Just beautiful. I especially love your Gibbs and Tony in this chapter and the way each reached into the things from their past to guide the way they shopped. The fact that Tony thought to buy things to help her grieve was so perfect. Gibbs shopping trip was so touching as well. I love how he shopped and through the go bag made her one of them while also planning o teach her things in the way he would his own child. This whole story is so touching.

Thank you. I focused on Gibbs and Tony, but you just know that Ziva is buying all the girlie things she never got as a child and Jackie is missing that stage with her own daughter. Tony does understand and maybe helping Tiana will help him heal a little bit, too.

And, of course, Gibbs. Under that tough exterior is the heart of a daddy just waiting to come out.
