Yesterday

I was really proud of myself yesterday.  Each day I feel as though I am able to push myself a little bit further, and it is showing that my stamina and endurance are better already.  I did 8 sets of 5 min of boxing, 8 sets of 50 sit-ups, and 8 sets of 20 curls.  <3

Now, on to todays workout. <3
