Actually, that reminds me, I really need to pop into the doctor's office at some point :X, been meaning to renew my mefenamic acid subscription. Because that? Is a lifesaver ;_;. My cramps defy conventional paracetamol but that stuff cuts through it like a hot knife through butter <3.
I wish I could go dancing; dancing always seems to work better for me than exercise because my muscles stubbornly refuse to do much unless they have effective motivation XD. Therefore dancing > regular exercise for me.
Especially because I dance like a lunatic on speed.
No kidding >_<. Out of interest, I know you're way, way skinnier than me - do you still get cramps that could floor a horse? I always wondered if they're better or about the same for slim girls ^^.
Me, slim? Wrong girl XP But either way, yeah I do. I was on birth control mainly to regulate my periods 'cause I would sometimes go for months w/out one then get it and be so sick I couldn't move for a few days. I can't afford them anymore but even on them I would sometimes get sick

Add that to having been to the gym for a long time yesterday and I'm pretty much dead.
