I am a loud person. I can be deafening. At Havana Central, I couldn't hear myself bellow, let alone think. Don't worry, I already asked myself the standard, "What are you, a crusty old curmudgeon?" The answer: "WHAT?! I CAN'T HEAR YOU!"
The food was good. Sangria was great. Service was on point.
I hate restaurants where the music is louder than my brain.
