I don't know how I could ever repay you for all the tremendous help you've been to my family and me over the last couple of months, but I'd like to start by helping you with your new home. And I'm so glad you've decided to stay in the Shire, even though of course I hate to see you leave. But you have your own family to worry about and fuss over :D

I see you've already had an offer from Elendil (next time you speak with him could you tell him G-g says hello? :D), but if there's any way I can help please let me know.

A big big part of it is my overwhelming urge to build a house. And I will say hi to Elendil for you and G-g. He's actually my great-great-greatX500 grandson, you know? Ahahaha...

True that. Ents, Orcs and Dwarves haven't intermarried with other species, but Elves, Hobbits, Humans, Maiar... hoo boy.

That is a problem with all the mixing of races, yes. If it continues, we'll all be the same.

*smiles* It would take a very long time for that to happen, and I don't think it ever could actually. People of all races are constantly subjected to change. Even the elves, as much as they may not care to admit it ;)
