Chapter 8

Dean was freaking out.

Something was about to happen. Something big. Apocalyptic big.

At first he hadn't noticed it but the signs were everywhere.

The radio station played all his favorite songs, his top three at least twice.

Is Mac doing this? That's my suspicion! What a great suspenseful build in this chapter. I guess I will have to wait til next Saturday to see what happens next. Great chapter -- using good things happening as a build-up to something spooky or dangerous, at least that's how it feels.

Ditto the above comments about the ingenious use of suspense. That last with the laptop was particularly creepy. I'm wondering if this is Mac now since it's more than mere glamour now and seems to be actual reality changing. If it is Mac, he's more powerful than I thought, but I'm content to wait and see how this develops. It's most intriguing. You're one hell of a story teller :)
