Ghosts and monsters were on thing, for some reason Sam had accepted them quite easily, maybe because he grew up with that knowledge at least according to Dean.

But visions? That was personal. Basically Dean was telling him that he wasn't normal, that this demon had done something to him. And that they had no idea what the plan behind it was
