Ouch. Reading this -i feel bad both for Amelia, Don and Sam. Amelia because she now thinks the nice guyshe lived with was a facade, Sam because she believed that about him and Don for being the one who looses everything.

In this scenario nobody can win but I think Don is the one who loses the most.

Interesting take. I love that Amelia immediately doesn't trust the guy Sam was to her. Most people would do this. And it also highlights just how unattached they were. Nothing between them felt tangible and connected to me.

Just 2 people that built life rafts and decided to stay linked.

With all the bad stuff about Sam on the internet, she'd be dumb to not freak out. I'm still not over the fact that Sam used his real name.
They needed each other for a while but I don't see true love here.
