My dog is ADHD - Do you think there is a support group?

Maggie May (no intentional reference to Rod Stewart meant) was 6 weeks old when this picture was taken, I totally fell in love with her. The rest of my family laughs hysterically at this picture. I think they're rude.

She is 2 years old now, and things it’s perfectly acceptable behavior to sit at the table while we are eating.
I don’t have the heart to yell at her because she is ‘intellectually challenged’ or more precisely ‘dumb as a bag of rocks’. But she is pretty and blonde, and I keep telling my children I never yelled at them when they were little and didn’t know any better.

When she isn’t running circles around the house she perches on her favorite piece of furniture and sighs loudly.

I wish I could train her to do anything, but apparently Labs can take up to the age of 3 before the listen and retain commands. Either that…….or it’s just her. She loves water so much that when we can’t take her to the river, the bathtub is a great substitute.

She has green eyes and a brown nose. The breeder was trying to get a litter of Chocolate labs. He got 5 black, 1 chocolate, 1 yellow and Maggie. She is a throwback, she should be chocolate but she ended up with two sets of recessive genes. We call her white chocolate.
