(my first) rainy day in champaign
Soo I love my school.
Just absolutely love it here.
Soo much to do, soo many new people to meet. It never gets old. Granted, it does suck not to have your closest and most dearest friends at your side (miss you), but at the same time you get to meet a ton of amazing people. Like today, great day, woke up around 9ish, threw on the clothes I wore yesterday ( ya I'm a scum ) at some breakfast...food isnt wonderful, but we get by, class at 10, Spanish teacher is the cutest thing, she is like straight from spain and has the cutest shoes, back at bromley by 11. Get all my laundry down and some hw, have the entire day to do nothing. Rained the whole day. Shell and I watched boys play fball in the rain at frat park from our window while listening to some Pearl Jam. Do some more homework for classes that I love. Go to dinner with my amazing rush group at this incredible restaurant. Shared an umbrella on the walk home w/ a complete stranger. Watched the O.C. with the coolest guys I just happened to meet (this one kid is a bigger fanactic than I am , I know hard to believe) and it turns out he loves Death Cab so he said he would sleep outside the ticket place just to get us front row seats (cant wait). Met some other kids on their floor. 3 cool girls next door, painted fingernails excitedly for rush tomorrow and then later ordered some cookies for delivery ( ya, its awesome, there so fresh when you get them..mmm.. soo good , its a bad habit). Soo it's great. If it weren't raining I'd go out, but still staying in can be soo much fun when your surrounded by hundreds of your peers. But I really should do some homework.
